He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Spencer and Jane Spencer; and his granddaughter Jemma Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Williams; his children, Bryan Spencer, Scott Spencer (Holly), Kevin Isaac Spencer and Jewelie Ann Mulderig (Patrick); his grandchildren, Luke, Lexi, Logan, Luna, Sophia, Izsabella, Eliana, Elayna and Ethan (Hank); his sister Donna; and his brother-in-law Duncan Fortner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
