He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Ayers and Norma Ayers. He is survived by: his wife Jody; his siblings, Eric (Paula), Robin Holden (Gerald) and Dorian Henley (Jesse); his nieces, Catherine, Lauren and Sarah (Keith); and his nephew Nicholas (Kristina). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
