He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, Guy Tilley Jr. and Evelyn; his wife Nancy; his children, Debbie Hulse (Jim), Sandra Patch (Neil), Sharon Perez (Max) and Mark Grant; his siblings, Cordelia Herbert (William) and Gordon Tilley (Peggy); his grandchildren, Lauri George, Kevin George, Joey George (Jessica), Richard Hulse, Samantha Hoskins (Tim), Lindsey Newborn (Nathaniel), Stacey Barton (Jeffrey), Nicole Austin (George) and Angela Richards; and his father Pops. He was also cherished by his 14 great grandchildren.
