She was predeceased by: her husband Leon Bixby; her daughter Betty; her parents, John Girvin and Blanche Girvin; and her stepmother Vida Girvin.
She is survived by: her daughter Vanessa; her son-in-law Stanley Coleman of Smithville; her son Gerald; her daughter-in-law Jill Bixby of Chenango Forks; and her grandchildren, Lisa Chase, Amy Warycha, Nick Drew, Jessica Bixby and Chad Ganoung. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
