She was predeceased by: her husband Joe; and her parents, Rocco Mastrogiovanni and Lisetta Mastrogiovanni. She is survived by: her children, Joe Sardella (Sue) and Michele Sardella (Tony Alise); her grandchildren, Michael Sardella (Jennifer) and Paul Sardella (Alexis); her brother Contino Mastrogiovanni; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Jane Mastrogiovanni of Vestal and Rose Mastrogiovanni of Sebring, FL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to a charity of one's choice in Sandy's memory.
