In the sacred silence of farewell, Hildegard is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her husband John Sherman; her parents, Otto Bottcher and Lucy Bottcher of Eberswalde; and her in-laws, Cleon and Alice Sherman of Binghamton.
She is survived by: her sons, Frank and Andrew (Margaret).
