He is survived by: his children, Kathy (David Worden), Sue (Kevin Rathbun), Charles (Sandy Whitney), Bruce (Sandy Whitney) and Bob (Denise Whitney). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
