He was predeceased by: his parent Giuseppe Modesto; his children, Lisa Williams and Mark Modesto; and his siblings, Pia Pezetta (Peter), Santina Elmatti (Andrew), Spema Johnson (Bill), Ermo Modesto (Joan), Basil Modesto (Peggy), Erminio Modesto (Evelyn) and Mario Modesto (Rose).
He is survived by: his parent Felicita Modesto; his spouse Elizabeth Miko; his son Matthew Modesto (Loretta); his grandchildren, Renee, Chelsea, Santina and Abram; his great grandchildren, Kinzlee, Mason, Mia, Sabrina, Dominic, Alisha, Daniel, Jacob and Elijah; his great great grandchild Ezekiel; and his brother Nello Modesto. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
