He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Pietropolo and Anna Pietropolo (Bruno); and his sister Frances Parker. He is survived by: his wife Paula Pietropolo Chelsea of New York; his daughter Dana; his son-in-law Rich Byrne Chelsea of New York; his son Dean; his daughter-in-law Mary Pietropolo Manhattan of New York; his daughter Greer; his grandchildren, Liam, Devin Bryne, Joseph Baffuto III and Isabella Baffuto; and his nephew David (Diane McGregor). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
