He was predeceased by: his daughter Michelle Paluszynski (Robert); and his brother-in-law Edward Ratajczak. He is survived by: his wife Christina; his daughters, Jessica Woerner and Danielle Woerner; his sister Renee Wolf (Brad); and his siblings-in-law, Donald Ratajczak and Debbie Grager (John). He is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces and nephews including many relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
