He was predeceased by: his siblings, Louise Wenerski (Eugene), Eugene (Jeannie) and Michael Zak (Georgina). He is survived by: his spouse Terena; his children, Douglas Zak, Dorene Bett (Allan) and Rebecca Kasinski; his grandchildren, Kylie (Rick), Taylor, Jack, Claire and Charlies; his great grandchild Nolan; and his brother Robert Zak (Arlene). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Hospital for Children.
