He is survived by: his daughters, Valerie Hess and Lynne Bogdan (Robert Carpenter); his significant other Zachary Hess; his sister Estelle Smith (late Thomas); and his brother-in-law Eugene Kasprowicz (Joan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
