We are sad to announce that on May 25, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Susan T. Ziemczonek of Cheektowaga, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Stella Ziemczonek and Bill Ziemczonek. She is survived by: her brother Anthony Ziemczonek (Audrey); her nieces and nephews, Michael Ziemczonek (Leigh), Tracey Korbel (Chris), Kristy Thompson and Matt Kasprzyk; her cousin Mary Cesar; and her thoughtful neighbors, Karen, Samantha and Adam Kmiotek. She is also survived by extended family and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice Buffalo 225 Como Park Blvd, Cheektowaga, NY 14227.
