He was predeceased by: his wife Julianna T. Topor; and his parents, Stanley Topor and Jawdiga Topor. He is survived by: his children, David William Topor, Lisa Anne Purcell (William), Ann Louise Snowdy (Donald) and Paul Joseph Topor (Katie Sagliani).
