Though Samuel may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Burgio and Ann Burgio. He is survived by: his wife Judy Burgio; his sons, Sam and Paul Burgio (Liz); his grandchildren, Ashleigh (Jake Weiland) and Ally Burgio; and his sister Ann Marie Handzlik (Larry).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Sam's honor may be made to Roswell Park Alliance Foundation.
