He is survived by: his wife Deborah Slawatycki; his sons, Garrett Slawatycki (Stephanie) and Michael Slawatycki; his stepchildren, Lindsay Brueckman, Eric Brueckman, Scarlett, Grace and Freddie III; his sisters, Barbara (Steve Janes) and Joanne Kirsch (Robert Eley); and his extended family Jean Fial.
