He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Frances. He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, Melissa Macchia (David), Robert (Carrie) and Amanda Slawicz (Aaron); his grandchildren, Alexander, Katherine, Avery and Abigail; and his siblings, James (Victoria Montavan), Richard (Marlene) and Thomas (Sue). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
