He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores H. Budniak; and his mother Florence Graser. He is survived by: his children, James Budniak (Katherine) and Elaine Berry (late George); and his grandchildren, Adam Berry, Elizabeth Killinger (R. J.) and Heather Hodgins (Steven). He is also survived by step brothers and sisters; also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

If desired, memorials may be made to Queen of Martyrs St. Vincent DePaul Society.
