He is survived by: his wife Danielle Struzyk; his children, Ariel and Audrey; his parents, Gerald Struzyk and Nancy Struzyk; his sister Laura (Jeff); his grandparents-in-law, Robert and Patricia Schaffhouser; and his siblings-in-law, Kimberly Austin (Michael) and Richard Kaiser. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

Donations may be made in Michael's name to the American Heart Association.
