With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lori Ann Szpaicher of Cheektowaga, New York, who passed away on April 15, 2025 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Hugh "Sonny" Ely. She is survived by: her mother Janet Ely (Whitbeck) of Arcade; her sons, Derek Bernard (Shannon) of Erie, CO, Brandon Bernard (Arianna Bejarano) of Phoenix, AZ and Curtis Bernard of Fairbanks, AK; her grandchildren, Kellen and Cooper Bernard; her siblings, Michelle Zilak (late Michael) of Orchard Park and Jeffrey Ely (Joanne) of Arcade; her nephews, Nathan Zilak (Alejandra) and Justin Ely; her niece Jaclyn Heineman (Holden); and her great-nephew Brecken.
