It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon J. Czarniak of Cheektowaga, New York, who passed away on September 24, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon D. Czarniak and Mildred Czarniak; and his sister Virginia A. Auten. He is survived by: his sibling Lynn Papke (Joel); and his nieces and nephews, William H. (Amy Kearns Auten), Christopher M. Auten (Tracy) and Amie Wager (Arthur). He is also survived by great nieces and nephews and many friends.
