She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Madejczyk; her parents, Carrie Dombrowski and Walter Dombrowski; her child Thomas Madejczyk (Daphne); her brothers, Ronald Dombrowski (Jackie) and James Dombrowski; and her sisters-in-law, Angeline Ambrose and Bertha Kindellan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Suzanne O'Boyle (Gary) and Catherine McGuire (late Paul); her grandsons, Paul Edward McGuire (Kiera) and Mark Robert McGuire (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Jonah McGuire, Aurora McGuire, Amelia McGuire, Rohan Martens and Rheyden Martens; and her sister Lorraine Grzybek (late Conrad). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and loving friends.
