She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Eugene Benbenek; her parents, Sofia Sicienski and Joseph Sicienski; her siblings, Helen Lejwoda (late John), Angeline Kubisty (late Robert), Edward (late Dorothy), Henry (late Helen), Walter Sicienski (late Joan) and Florence Stoklosa (late Ted); and her friends, Albert and Eddie Dziedzic.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Williamson, John Benbenek (Mimi), Lawrence Benbenek (Debra) and Vincent Benbenk (Vesna); her grandchildren, Nathan, Rachel, Andrew, Carlie Budnik (Jon), Julia, Brian (Nikki), Ashley, Austin, Ariana, Eli and Alexander; and her great grandchildren, Piper and Layla.
