She was predeceased by: her husband Alexander; her child James M. Golombek; her parents, Anna Lewandowski and Anthony Lewandowski; and her siblings, Chester Lewandowski (late Ima), Stanley Lewandowski (late Deb), Edwin Lewandowski (late Kay), Edward Lewandowski (late Pauline) and Matthew Lewandowski (late Eleanor).
She is survived by: her children, Elaine Hammer (Tim), Beverly Michalski (Ron), Karen Lovely (Leo), Patricia Ferro (Ron) and Bernadette Schenck; her grandchildren, Peter Hammer (Sarah), Andy Hammer, Meta Wallace (Stephen), Gregory Hammer (Karen), Heather Scibetta (David), Russell Giordano (Shannon), Guy Giordano (Kelsey), Taylor Lovely, Brooke Lovely, Sierra Lovely, Jillian Ferro (Dan Watson), Jacob Ferro, Tyler Schenck and Travis Schenck; and her great grandchildren, Michael Scibetta, Joseph Giordano, Emma Giordano, Charlotte Giordano, Abby Hammer, Isaac Hammer, William Hammer, Anna Hammer, Laura Rose Wallace, Joey Wallace, Francis Wallace, Sally Wallace, Hazel Hammer and Violet Hammer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
