She was predeceased by: her husband Steven Fachko; her children, Susan Siegler (late Donald) and James Fachko (Donna); and her siblings, Stanley Sierzchula and Patricia McMahon.

She is survived by: her children, John Fachko (Molly), Joanne Zdrojewski (late Martin) and Mary K. Shapiro (Jeffrey); and her siblings, Raymond Sierzchula and Kathleen Mazurkiewicz. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
