She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Mackowski; and her siblings, Sophie Rydzynski (late Stanley), Mary Rybus (late Edward), Bernard Jaskowiak (Eleanor), Stella Kuzniarek (late Jerome), Michael Jaskowiak (Peggy), Richard Jaskowiak (late Irene), Alice Koscielniak (late Edwin) and Chester Jaskowiak (late Mary Jane).
She is survived by: her children, Thomas (Dorris), John, James (Wendy) and Michael (Luanne); her grandchildren, Daniel, Andrew, Matthew, Alan (Susan), Haley, Athena, Ian (Amanda), Lauren Kersten (Brian), Eric and Mark; her great grandchildren, Aurora, Sienna, Elliot and Clara; and her sister Ann Polaszewski (late Anthony). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to either the Queen of Martyrs Preservation Fund or Hospice Buffalo.
