She was predeceased by: her husband John Kolniak; and her sisters, Irene Nye (late Walter) and Ethel Palaszewski (late Alfred). She is survived by: her children, Paul (Linda) and Kathy Kolniak; her grandchildren, Ashley Keene (Korbin) and Taylor Kolniak (Tyler Phillips); her sibling Thomas Kendziora (late Arlene); and her friend Donna Michalek. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
