He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce W. Foster and Dora A. Smith Foster; and his sister Cathy Hall. He is survived by: his close friend Mary Leibmann; his stepdaughter Amy Wylie; his stepgrandchildren, Erin Wylie, Miranda Hakes and Peyton Hakes; and his brothers, Bruce W. Foster of Olean and Bryon D. Foster (Rose) of Clarence. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
