She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred "Fred" Mackowiak. She is survived by: her children, Michael Mackowiak (Meryl) and Melissa Severyn (Bill); her grandchildren, Melanie Mazurczak (Matthew), Erica Cosentino (Joseph), Allyson Knapp (James), Will Severyn, Alex Severyn and Austin Mackowiak; and her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Sawyer, Isabelle, Lilyana, Katniss and James. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
