She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond J. Slisz. She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Bednasz (Thomas), Judith Slisz and Marie Darlak; her grandchildren, Chad (Kelly) and Zakary Darlak (Emily); and her great grandchildren, Logan, Wyatt, Henry and Amelia. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
