We bid farewell to Bret J. Norris of Cheektowaga, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 29, 2025 at the age of 85. Bret touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Todd Norris (Charleen), Karen Stehle (late Paul) and Cheryl Schrader (David). He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Norris; his children, David Norris (Susan), Michele Ast (Dennis) and Kelly Paquette (Michael); and his grandchildren, Joshua, Emily, Patrick, Thomas, Carly, Zachary and Sarah. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Daniel R. Smolarek Funeral Home - Cheektowaga (2510 Union Rd, Cheektowaga, NY 14227). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Philip the Apostle Church (950 Losson Rd, Cheektowaga, NY 14227).
