She is survived by: her son David Kaczmarek (Trisha); her grandchildren, Adam (Melissa) and Sara Kaczmarek; her great grandchildren, Harper and Quinn; and her siblings, Frances Nowicki (late Frank), Frank Kosinski (Marian) and Elinor Buczek (late Frank). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
