She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Kosinski and Walter Kosinski; her spouse Teddy Kaczmarek; and her siblings, Edward Kosinski (late Alice), John Kosinski (Freda), Chester Kosinski (late Alice), Stella Netzel (late Henry), Brownie Kosinski (Lorraine), Cecelia Wlodarczyk (Henry) and Stanley Kosinski (late Arlene).
She is survived by: her son David Kaczmarek (Trisha); her grandchildren, Adam (Melissa) and Sara Kaczmarek; her great grandchildren, Harper and Quinn; and her siblings, Frances Nowicki (late Frank), Frank Kosinski (Marian) and Elinor Buczek (late Frank). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pietszak Funeral Home (2400 William St, Cheektowaga, NY 14206). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Matthew's Cemetery (180 French Rd, West Seneca, NY 14224).
