With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Audrey J. Monroe (Cheektowaga, New York), who passed away on March 10, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald E. Monroe; her son Douglas; and her brothers, Joseph (late Thelma) and Donald Hamann (Martha). She is survived by: her children, David Monroe (Patricia), Donna Buchwald (Edward), Daniel Monroe (Cathy), Debra Greenauer (Richard) and Donald Monroe; her grandchildren, Joshua (Teressa), Frank Monroe (Abby), Michael, Nicole Buchwald, Barbara Greenauer and Jennifer Monroe; and her sisters-in-law, Elsie Foster (late Alton) and Janet Lawson (late William). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Donations may be made in Audrey's name to St. Luke's Lutheran Church or the Alzheimer's Foundation.
