She was predeceased by: her husband John Skrok. She is survived by: her children, Denise Polanski (Mark), Thomas Skrok and Brian Skrok; her grandchildren, Jason Skrok (Meghann), Christopher Polanski (Amanda), Ryan Skrok, Eric Skrok (Tabitha), Cory Skrok, Lauren LeRoy (Josiah) and Jillian Gregg (Jerry); her great grandchildren, Nathan (Kaleigh), Makaylah, Blake, Kayden, Daisy Alice and Nora; and her great great grandchild Deklan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
