He was predeceased by: his significant other Regina F. "Reggie" Wozniak; his child Baby Jimmy Wozniak; his parents, Veronica Wozniak and Walter Wozniak; and his siblings, William Wozniak (late Stella), Stella Wozniak, Edward Wozniak (late Irene), Henry Wozniak (late Cecelia), Chester Wozniak (late Irene), Irene Sala and Leonard Wozniak (Suzanne).
He is survived by: his children, Celeste Jakubowski (Richard) and Paul Wozniak (Cheri); his granddaughters, Heather Thurman, Kathryn Jakubowski, Danielle Wozniak of Paul and Nicole Wozniak; and his great grandchild Benjamin Michael Thurman. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
