He is survived by: his wife Helen Kozlowski; his children, Kathleen Kozlowski, Cheryl Schoenhardt (Carl) and Thomas Kozlowski (Erin); his grandchildren, Brian Schoenhardt, Brandon Schoenhardt, Kate Kozlowski and Emily Kozlowski; and his brother Carl Kozlowski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
