He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Mitchell and Dora Mitchell (Miner); his brothers, Donald Mitchell, Anthony Mitchell and John Mitchell; and his sister-in-law Catherine Mitchell.
He is survived by: his wife Lee Anne of Chazy Lake; his daughter Courtney (Jon Seguin) of Plattsburgh; his sisters, Mary Ann (Winston Lawliss) and Tina (Tom Oddi); and his sisters-in-law, Maureen Mitchell of Plattsburgh and Rita Mitchell of Dannemora. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully asks for donations to be made in Patrick's name to the National Kidney Foundation.
