He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Bechard and Helen Bechard (Coupal); his brother-in-law Howard Cioci; and his parents-in-law, Eldemore and Bertha DeCoste.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Bechard (DeCoste); his sons, Todd (Grace Bechard), Adam Bechard of Chazy and Jason (April Bechard); his grandchildren, Aubrey and Brayden; and his siblings, David Bechard, Roy Bechard (Gail), Diane Cioci, Linda Bechard (Betsy), Judy Bechard (Theresa), Terry Bechard (Alexandra) and Rick Bechard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
