It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Jane Brown of Chazy, New York, born in Rouses Point, New York, who passed away on September 18, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hector Penfield and Agnes Stafford Penfield; her husband Norman J. Brown; her pet Barney; her daughter Cindy Brown Ciaralli (Pete) of Oneida; her grandson Peter Ciaralli; her sister-in-law Arlene Penfield; and her cousins, Douglas and Gary Penfield. She was also cherished by eight nephews; two nieces.
The funeral home staff respectively asks you to wear a facial covering and maintain social distancing protocols when you are in the funeral home and the church.
