She is survived by: her parents, Edward Wilberg of Westfield, NY. and Mary Nowosielski Wilberg of Westfield, NY.; her husband Carl Spitale; her children, Dawn Neaverth of Florida, Michelle Swan (Gene) of Jamestown and Thomas Truax of Olean; her stepchildren, Paula Rondeau (Bryan) and Carol Spitale; her grandchildren, Jacob Truax, Kam Baglia, Kaitlyn Swan, Marissa Swan, Rosalie Rondeau, Sammy Rondeau, Nazaiah Spitale and Aviana Spitale; her brothers, George Wilberg (Donna) and John Wilberg; and her sister-in-law Jean Wilberg.
Patty continued her charitable donations even after her passing, as she gave the gift of organs and tissue through C.O.R.E in the spirit of helping others.
