He is survived by: his former wife Victoria Hess; his wife Paula Lear (Watson); his sister Ethel Marie Smith; his sons, Raymond Lear (Lucinda), John Lear and Leland Lear (Terra); his grandsons, Shane (Nicole) and Zachary; and also Sara. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren, and many cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
