She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Mein and Helen Mein; her son Michael J. Carney; her husband Robert Carney; and her brother Michael Mein.

She is survived by: her son Thomas Carney of Chaumont, NY; her siblings, Anne Mein of Mitchell, GA, Myrna Phippen (Herb) of Deland, FL, Joy Mayton (Marty) of Dodgeville, NY and William Mein (Dorothy) of Hannawa Falls, NY.; and her siblings-in-law, John and Majken Hubbard.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Lynda's memory to the Town of Lyme Food Pantry, P.O. Box 176, Chaumont, NY 13622 or NNYC Foundation LCS Scholarship Fund mailed to Bilky Moore with her name as a memo to P.O. Box 66 Lorraine, NY 13659.
