He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Derefinko and Olga Derefinko (Kiebala). He is survived by: his siblings, Sonia Handt (Frederick) of Fresno, CA, Jenny Abbott of Hampton, NH and Victor Derefinko (Jeanne) of Brockport, NY.. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
