With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine Outlaw of Chaumont, New York, who passed away on August 9, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Watson and Theresa Watson (Wood); and her siblings, Marilyn Rosbrook, Leon, Earl, Wayne, Stanley, Alvin and Keith Watson.
She is survived by: her son Chris (Amy); her siblings, Paula Lear of Chaumont, NY, Lewis "Bill" Watson, Robert Watson (Kathy) of Philadelphia, NY, Rosemond Pond of Watertown, NY and Doris Finley of Watertown, NY; and her close friend Cathy Marx. She is also survived by MANY nieces and nephews.
