He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip K. Simmons and Genevieve A. Simmons (Porter). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Karen Wagner; his daughter Wendy Simmons (George Jones III) of Chaumont; and his grandson Trey Zehr of Chaumont. He is also survived by two brothers-in-law, one sister-in-law, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
