We are sad to announce that on July 8, 2021, at the age of 84, Ann West of Chaumont, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son David West; and her daughter-in-law Maria West. She is survived by: her aunts and uncles, Francis and Rita Chavoustie; her husband James A. West; her children, Mark West (Lisa) of Dexter, Kathy Gardner (Randy) of Chaumont, Rick West of Rockford Illinois, Jeff West (Annette) of Brownville and Jen Scott (Chris) of Chaumont; her daughter-in-law Tammy West of Dexter; and her siblings, Eugene Klock, Elaine Bock, Karen Cuppernell, Donna Murray and Chavoustie. She is also survived by cousins who were like siblings.
