He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth Sr. Fosby and Esther Ingraham Fosby; his wife Marilyn; and his brother Ellsworth "Fuzzy" Fosby. He is survived by: his sons, Richard Jr. (Joann) and Robert Fosby (Bobbie Jo); and his sisters, Priscilla Fosby and Patricia Hickey. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
