He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Wambach and Louis Wambach Sr.; his former wife Virginia Ennis Wambach; his sisters, Florence Harms Wintjen and Mother Minnie Miller; his nephew Lawrence Harms; and his granddaughter Aimee Jeanne Barber.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Keeler Wambach; his sons, Richard Wambach (Eileen) and Thomas Wambach (Karen); his stepchildren, Pamela Barber (Robert) and Kenneth Keeler (Marybeth); his grandchildren, William Wambach (Melanie), Christopher Wambach, Melissa Wambach, Regina Maier (Kurt), Stephen Wambach, Anna Wambach, Ingrid Wambach, Katrina Keeler, Axel Wambach, Tamara Wambach and Kailynn Keeler; his great grandchildren, Hunter Lucas, Makaila Maier, Ethan Maier, Dylan Wambach and Jeremiah Keeler; his nieces, Maria Dowling and Cathy Harms; and his sister-in-law Jean Ennis.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Peters Presbyterian Church or Spencertown Fire Company.
