She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie Sitcer and George Sitcer; her husband Carl V. Vedsted Sr.; and her sisters, Margarite Mac Cormick, Laura Wolfersteig and Gloria Jornov.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Sue Altomer (David Sr.) and Carl V. Vedsted Jr. (Margaret); her grandchildren, Michellina Brew (Henry), David Altomer Jr. (Sara) and Carl James Altomer (Jessica); and her great grandchildren, Felicity, Chase Brew, David III, Alexis, Devin Altomer, Eva and Nikolas John Altomer.
