It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Louise Faxon (Chatham, New York), who passed away on February 19, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Kenneth Layman and Barbara Layman; her fiancé Timothy Faxon; her siblings, Edith Layman and Christopher Layman (Lisa); her children, Jillian Silk (Thomas) and Nicholas Faxon (Marissa); her granddaughter Emery Faxon Silk; her pets, Tillie, Jazzy, Mila and Chance; her parents-in-law, Muriel Faxon (Edgar Acevedo) and Theodore Faxon; her stepfather Buddy Soldner; and her stepsister Delores Soldner. She is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
